This year the faire featured a trio of
creatures called the faeries. These three
wandered around the faire causing mischief.
You see, the cannot be seen (by the
performers) unless you are good. So they
have great fun teasing some noblewoman or a
puritan, who doesn't see them so assumes
it's the wind or god or something. The
faeries seemed to show up everywhere at
random, especially in the food court area.
Sometimes they could be seen in a tree or
playing with children. I liked these
creatures, as they added a bit of magical
fun to the faire. |
